Erica M. Allen Winslow, MD, MPH is an experienced family medicine physician dedicated to delivering high-quality, outcomes-driven primary care that blends clinical medicine with public health. She founded the Virginia Institute of Family Medicine, a division of Winslow Primary Care Alliance, where she pioneered a home-based primary care model for medically complex and homebound patients, helping reduce hospitalizations and improve quality of life. She earned her BS in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA, her MD from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, and her MPH from Drexel University School of Public Health. She completed her residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, with additional training in integrative medicine through the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine.
