Quick Answers

Common questions, answered.

Don't see your question? Call us at (703) 522-8009 or request an appointment, and we'll answer before your visit.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We're taking new patients for all three kinds of visits (in-person, virtual, and in-home). Most new-patient requests are confirmed within one business day.
What insurance do you accept?
We're in-network with most major commercial plans, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Humana. We also accept Medicare and select Medicaid plans. If you don't see your plan listed, just call us and we'll verify your specific benefits.
Do you offer self-pay or transparent pricing?
Yes. We publish self-pay rates for new-patient visits, follow-ups, and common services. There are no surprise facility fees, and we'll give you a written quote before your visit if you want one.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most virtual visits are available the same week. Office visits are typically scheduled within three business days. When something is urgent, we'll work to get you in the same day if it's clinically appropriate.
How do home visits work?
Our physicians come to homebound seniors and mobility-limited patients across Northern Virginia. It's a full primary-care visit, just at your kitchen table. Same doctor, same chart, same continuity as the office.
What happens after I request an appointment?
A care coordinator will call or message you within one business day to confirm a time, verify your insurance, and answer any questions before your visit.
